I'm puzzled by this skill. Is this something you have to actively try to trigger some special mobs through "say" commands? Or is it like you know you're by the right mob when you're there?
Right now I'm just looking for hints if anybody can help me.

| You have to say a sekrit codephrase to sekrit mobs that are scattered around the mud to have your percentage go up. Once it is practiced it takes affect once you kill a something. |

| its a good thing you didn't remember cause I don't actually know it LOL find a mob and start guessing. just guess along the lines of teach me learn or something.... i think. hey if you find some mobs tell me! |

There is a mob out there that has a 2% chance of teaching just above 50 when you kill it. It's in the 70s though, so to get the maximum benefit out of it you'll need a buddy to help you kill it at a lower level.

Has anyone been successful in finding this mob yet? I've been looking around without luck. Any information, even just a general area of the world, would be helpful. |

My learning is currently at 60%. I wish I remembered what I did right..besides quest rewards
