Is it just me, or is there at least 1 new member a week? None of these people have any info in their profiles.

Are they here from mudconnector?
Are they lost?
Have they come to play?
Are they advertisers or possibly bots that search the web for forums?

You mean on this forum? Most of them are bots - if you go to the memberlist (link near the top) you'll notice they usually get deleted within the day.
