Should there be more qps at stake for an av pkill?

I generally don't like to encourange rampant pkilling; so I'm in two minds on this subject myself, but:
do people think that the qp penality/gain for an av pkill should be higher?
Say, 100qps drained from loser, winner gets 75qps? Going up to 250qps both ways for warring clans?

The reason I say it is that to kill some higher avs seems almost pointless, since they have so much DL eq and lose so little in the way of qps, and it takes a lot of planning and effort to take one down.
What do you guys think?

I think it sounds like a great idea. Would the qp drained from the loser be split between grouped parties?
